This includes technical data (manufacturer, model, serial number, BOM, ...) as well as operational data (service start date, contracts, ...). Besides, electronic documents such as drawings, manufacturer instructions, and pictures could be attached to any asset of your organization. The asset structure view allows you to arrange your assets in a comprehensive tree. Branches of trees represent the relationship between assets between their upper and sub-equipment. Work orders are the main vehicle to monitor activities done by the maintenance team on a daily basis.
This contains all the information needed by technicians to perform a job. You can create, manage, and archive work orders for every type of work, for example, repairs, inspections, modifications, and more! Work orders can be seen in the calendar to schedule them quickly, either by location, equipment, work speciality, and more.
As a picture is worth a thousand words, maintenance requests can include pictures to help your team to understand the failure at a glance.
Accurately convey the information from the first angle of view on the site, and the EAMic® system supports code scanning, photographing, voice and video and other multimedia methods to quickly report for repair.
The reactivity of your maintenance technicians is dramatically influenced by the way failures are reported to them. Maintenance requests can be raised directly from the field by operators and the maintenance department will be informed immediately. This shortens the reaction time of your maintenance team for the benefit of your company without any additional effort.
Spare parts can be completely managed in EAMic®. This include records of spare parts data such as spare part code, description, technical specifications and storage box, but also suppliers' references and establishment of BOM by equipment. Inspection round can be defined by Maintenance Plan, through which the frequency, such as daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, and assigned personnel will be defined. Inspection WO will be automatically released and shown in calendar, mobile end and Email if applicable. As needed, maintenance plan can also be manually released.
Technicians can then assess the situation of each inspection point through standardized feedback that will be later on uploaded in EAMic®. In addition, meter readings can be inputted in EAMic® and inform the technician immediately if the situation is abnormal.
As preventive activities are a key aspect of any organization, management of maintenance plans is at the core of the EAMic®. You can create plans for either an inspection of a group of assets, a periodical intervention, or even a major yearly overhaul.
